GIVING YOU COMFORT IN YOUR STORY
Counselling for Wellbeing
We are pleased to be able to offer counselling services, provided by fully qualified Sally Warr, in the safe and comfortable environment provided at the Rosewell Centre.
Sally aims to gently guide you to feeling more authentic and confident in today’s world. Sally will place emphasis on you as a whole person and not solely on your symptoms.
Begin your therapeutic journey
Sally presents varied techniques from different therapeutic orientations that are tailored to your needs. For example, your therapeutic journey may include traditional talking sessions, creative/Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) exercises, nature based walk and talk therapy and mindfulness relaxation techniques.
You may even reach a point whereby a more coaching-based goal approach is suitable. Click here to explore wellbeing coaching.
The grounding principle is treating humanity with respect and equality whatever the background, culture, gender or age; whilst providing a safe and comfortable space for you to explore your inner world and guide you along the way.
Counselling is essentially a transformational therapeutic process that allows a person to find a way to work through and understand their thoughts and feelings which can result in a cognitive shift in seeing things differently. This can result in subtle but profound changes which enables the person to confidently move into the future.
“Agenda of the soul – to evolve from moment to moment”
What are the benefits of working with a Wellbeing Counsellor?
Counselling offers a safe, non-judgmental space to explore and discuss your thoughts and navigate your feelings.
Sally Warr can help you to understand how events in the past can affect the way you are living in the present. The obstacles that stop people moving forward are often related to past experiences and unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours.
The process helps you to look at things differently and discover various coping strategies. You can talk through your difficulties and identify solutions so that you can make appropriate changes.

Sound Practitioner & WellBeing Therapist
Sally Warr is a fully qualified Sound Practitioner and a wellbeing therapist. She has been providing sessions with gongs since 2017 and more recently has become qualified as a wellbeing counsellor and coach.
Sally’s life focus has been the natural world, adventure and diverse cultures, exploring other ways of thinking and being in this world.
She was led to Canada in 1997 where she had the wonderful opportunity of undertaking a degree in Indigenous Studies for four years incorporating a 6-month study programme in Western Australia. These experiences opened her mind and heart to understanding the history of Indigenous peoples globally and varying worldviews and spiritual beliefs.
On returning to the UK Sally decided to undertake counselling training at Lincoln College and then a Master of Education in Counselling at the University of Cambridge. She has had her own private practice and been a gong practitioner since 2017.
What our Customers Say
"Absolutely amazing! The photos don't do this place justice. The caravan is a standard 2 birth, nice and clean. You are surrounded by green land. It feels so remote as you have your own land for the stay. Great place to have camp fires and kick back. The village is really nice! So many beautiful walks and animals to see. Great little pubs and village shop. Sue is a beam of sunshine and makes you feel welcome, then leaves you to it! Book this place, its rare!
Really loved my stay Sue, thank you!"
“I have been participating in Sue’s early morning yoga class for many years. It is very enjoyable as the routines vary with new poses and ideas, the most recent addition being aerial yoga. The use of silk hammocks adds a new dimension to practice, challenging different muscles to traditional yoga postures.”
“I had a lovely meditation with Sally’s Ocean Therapy Gong Bath, the sounds were very evocative. I heard the waves on a beach and whales singing! All sounds were very relaxing and I felt 6 inches taller after. It was well worth the drive from Wiltshire!”
"Although I had attended regular yoga classes over the years, I hadn't heard of Yin Yoga before so I thought Id give it a try! Sue provided us with the most comfortable, resting environment in which to practice this type of yoga and I felt that her wonderful soft and gentle tone and approach to the class enhanced the whole experience for me. Sue has such a vast amount of knowledge and understanding which I found incredibly useful as we went through our positions and I enjoyed both challenging myself and the wonderful opportunity to relax and reflect. As if this wasn't enough, after each session, I had an exceptionally restful nights' sleep! I would highly recommend this type of yoga and Sue."
