The classes run every Tuesday (during term times only) between 8am and 9am.
The Rosewell Centre has partnered with Emily Rule who is fully qualified and insured to deliver this unique experience of rejuvenation.
Pilates is traditionally based on a series of exercises aimed to rebalance the body, build muscle strength, improve mobility and ensure correct postural alignment, which in turn restores natural movement, as well as relieve tension and stress.
Exercises are performed on a mat or using special equipment, that can include hand weights, rings, pulleys, springs, handles or straps, which provide either resistance or support, depending on the participant’s needs.
Pilates is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and ability. The Rosewell Centre offers a range of classes from beginner, through to mixed ability to more advanced classes. If you have any health concerns, our experienced and qualified instructor will be able to advise you.
