The Rosewell Centre, in collaboration with Ki-Ways, is hosting a small group to celebrate the Summer Solstice. Set your energy for summer and enhance your enjoyment of sharing time with family and friends.
Mid-summer is traditionally a time for enjoying the warmth and power of the sun and the abundance of nature in the beautiful outdoors. It is a time of joy, love and expansion, to be creative and to live our dreams.
Join us to freshen your connection to natural rhythms and enhance your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Pierce the veil beyond your usual senses “what we think, we become”.
When we meditate, we open ourselves to far-reaching and long-lasting life benefits.
We often live with distractions in our head, our mind is on autopilot, our thoughts go here and there, exploring the past or the future, and essentially, not being present in the moment.
Practicing breathing and meditation techniques helps us to steady our thoughts, to pause and choose what we would like to focus on. In short, meditation helps us have a healthier relationship with ourselves and, by extension, with others.
Little by little, practise can lift our consciousness into vibratory levels of peace and love which ripple out into our world creating a reflection of our inner work.
Qi Gong is a powerful system that teaches you how to move energy and feel the vibrations internally. It makes use of traditional Oriental healing and acupoints. Movements bring vibrations into specific organs that can be used to enhance health and wellbeing and just a few moments of Qi Gong practised regularly as a method for working with your energy system — mind-body, soul and emotions — empowers you to be the orchestrator of your health and wellbeing.
Using meditations and techniques from diverse sources such as Qi Gong, meditation, healing and Ayurveda. Ray and Sue will guide you through a morning workshop helping you as individuals and as a group to increase the joy and love in your hearts.
Our hearts’ desire is for love, joy and happiness. Simplicity helps us to achieve these feelings. Think of times when you felt truly happy in your heart. Usually, you will find simplicity and the act of sharing it with one that you love.
In the safe space of this workshop, we will explore the open heart and create a feeling that allows our hearts and our consciousness to expand in a way that will help you to bring more joy and love into your life.
So come together for the Summer Solstice and connect with Qi Gong exercises which increase the balance of the flow of energy in the body, which can then radiate that love and energy into the world around us creating ripples of wellbeing.
