Lemon Mint Sauerkraut

Naturally lacto-fermented (brine pickled) and hand-crafted in small batches, our lemon mint sauerkraut is made using traditional methods in Castle Bytham, a small village in South Lincolnshire.

Raw, unpasteurised, macrobiotic with an authentic flavour.

This vegan lacto-fermented healthy snack or meal accompaniment is made from local organic ingredients and is a delicious source of gut friendly bacteria.

STORAGE:

A live product, please keep refrigerated below 5oC. Keep contents pressed below the brine to prevent air spoiling the product.

White Cabbage, mint, lemon, water, salt.

    I tried the Lemon Mint Sauerkraut as I hadn’t tried that before. Well, initially I thought I’m not going to enjoy it as it could be too ‘lemony!’ But there was no need to worry. It had a sharp, fresh taste. An excellent accompaniment to a range of lunchtime dishes. I had it with houmous, pate and ham. I would say it added to the taste.
    Highly recommended if you like a clean, healthy taste.
