Naturally preserved and hand-crafted in small batches, our whole preserved lemons are made using traditional methods in Castle Bytham, a small village in South Lincolnshire.
The taste can be associated with that of blossom orchards, full of freshness and fragrance. Cut into thin slices, our preserved lemons superbly accompany both savoury and sweet dishes.
Raw, unpasteurised, macrobiotic with an authentic flavour.
This vegan healthy snack or meal accompaniment is made from local organic ingredients and is a delicious source of gut friendly bacteria.
Storage:
A live product, please keep refrigerated below 5oC. Keep contents pressed below the brine to prevent air spoiling the product.
