Naturally lacto-fermented (brine pickled) and hand-crafted in small batches, our raw red cabbage with apple and onion sauerkraut is made using traditional methods in Castle Bytham, a small village in South Lincolnshire.
Moist, succulent, unpasteurised, macrobiotic with an authentic flavour.
This vegan lacto-fermented healthy snack or meal accompaniment is made from local organic ingredients and is a delicious source of gut friendly bacteria.
Storage:
A live product, please keep refrigerated below 5oC. Keep contents pressed below the brine to prevent air spoiling the product.
